INDWELL
-outer planet-

music and lyrics: Hora/vocals: Kaya

Those days from back then begin to swirl round
Pulling forth my thoughts
whatsmore closely into the world

Believing in [meaning] that's begun to change
From what lies within
Your overflowing hands

mawaridasu sono hibi wa
sara naru sekai ni omoi o yose

afuredasu sono te kara
kaete yuku [imi] o nose

For the time will come when even longing
Will melt into nothing but an empty dream
Till the very end of the neverending waves
That connect everyone and everything...

akogare mo itsuka wa
utsuro na yume ni tokete yuku
subete wa tsunagaru
mihatenu nami no owari made

For the time will come when even weakness
Will melt into nothing but an empty dream
Till the very end of the neverending waves
That connect everyone and everything...

yowasa mo itsuka wa
utsuro na yume ni tokete yuku
subete wa tsunagaru
mihatenu nami no owari made

So yeah, kimoi story (laughs)
When I first hear this song on "The World" I stopped what I was doing and just stood there until it ended...it's hard to explain, but it sounded so...maybe lonely. Like everything has to end, but maybe it's not so bad. Kinda scary maybe though...at first I thought Kaya had written them and got rather confused, but now it makes a little more sense; these are the lyrics I pictured when I first heard the song.

Hm, at any rate, I assume you know about Soft Ballet? Well, I have a feeling these lyrics were somewhat inspired by the song below. It's really beautiful...Symbiont, if you're interested. Not just the lyrics; the music's similar too
(but not too similar~)

Peaceful Days

I'm currently trying to deal with something that's rather hard to accept in my life, and though I love Indwell, it doesn't make it much easier. Maybe this is my favorite song they've done even so... :)

oh who am I kidding?
There's something very sad about these lyrics...
