music:
Hora/ lyrics: Kaya
I ran barefoot across the crumbling earth as it fell to
ruin
In the traces of an endlessly cruel dream
A
past that wouldn't disappear, memories that wouldn't fade
Even now a toy caught in their grasp
But while I stood trapped in that darkness day after day
Thats when I found you

Let
me protect you from the relentless steel rain
Smash all of the ugly things away...
Pass
throught the arch of glittering rainbow and escape
Into the grains of light that twinkle like a dream
And while this cruel blue sky flutters and waves
Together let's run far, far away
|

When
the very world comes to an end
Close your eyes, and let's take hands
I want to feel that pulse for certain
And when the world comes to an end
More than anyone, more than anything
If I know you, you'll be laughing again

So
protect me from the raging winds
And together we'll connect our promised wings
Pass
throught the arch of glittering rainbow and escape
Into the grains of light that twinkle like a dream
And while this cruel blue sky flutters and waves
Together let's run far, far away

This guilty feeling lodged within my chest
I've always lived with and condemned
But now, I'll release myself for your sake
And fasten my glittering wings

Pass
throught the arch of glittering rainbow and escape
Into the grains of light that twinkle like a dream
And while this cruel blue sky flutters and waves
Together let's run far, far away
Imagine
that world of overflowing light
And while this cruel blue sky flutters and waves
Together let's run far, far away

This
is a good song for the fans...some fans? All fans? 49.9%
fans?! *lol??*
I keep trying and trying to get into the mood and write
happy things or explain stuff but I just can't. Ah, I need
the Care Bears!!! Oh wherefore art thou, Wish Bear?!...Snipes
Bear...Alien..no. Buffalo Boots Bear? He'd be good at running
through the arch I bet.
.....
I had the Care Bear Cousin stuffed penguin when I was younger.
I also had an ugly, gnarly bunny with a paper rainbow on
his tummy. Mom said was a Cousin too, and I believed her
for a while until I found out he really was nothing more
than an ugly, gnarly bunny with a rainbow taped to his tummy
because it fell off. I guess I hadn't noticed it was paper
until then somehow.
I overlook things a lot.
That's why they should make hermit crab stuffed animals;
everyone knows there was no Lightfoot the Hermit Crab in
Care Bears.
And
on a none-the-related note, when I wrote lyrics to Hora's
solo song, Euphoria (yeah, it was asking for them and I
complied >_<),
the melody line was a lot like this in some points. Lyrics
were a little different though, and a bit more personal,
and so I won't post them here.
Besides, no one would read them anyway :F But the songs
are connected.
....oh.
I guess I did it....*meev*
I hope you esteem Care Bears.
